Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted based on the following timelines:

Within Abuja or Kano: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Outside Abuja: Returns must be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

International: Returns must be initiated within 5-10 days of receiving your order.

Fabrics must be in their original, uncut, and unused condition to be eligible for a return.

Customized, clearance or sales fabrics orders are not eligible for return.

Camera Effectiveness Clause: While we ensure that product photos are accurate, slight variations in color may occur due to camera effectiveness and lighting. These will not be considered valid reasons for returns unless the color received is different from what was ordered (e.g., if you ordered red but received blue)
