Camera Effectiveness Clause: Returns are only accepted if the color delivered is different from what was ordered (e.g., ordering red but receiving blue).

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

You must confirm fabric availability before making payments, even if the fabric’s availability was confirmed earlier.

3. Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Custom or bespoke fabric designs may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors. Delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our control.

Free shipping is available for orders above a certain threshold within Abuja (or other regions as specified).

We offer door-to-door delivery in Abuja and some other locations and standard shipping to locations outside Abuja and internationally.

5. Returns & Refunds:

Returns are accepted within the specified return windows (24 hours within Abuja and Kano, 2-3 days outside Abuja and Kano, and 5-10 days for international orders).

Returned fabrics must be uncut, unused, and in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected, excluding any shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

No exchanges are offered unless the wrong or defective item was delivered.

6. Customized Fabrics:

Custom and bespoke fabrics (e.g., personalized designs, colors, or textures) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a custom order is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property:

All images, designs, and content on our website or promotional materials are the intellectual property of our business and cannot be copied or used without permission.

We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

Our liability is limited to the value of the fabric(s) purchased.
